Send the five things below: your storefront, the brands you stock, your discount, your affiliate programme, and a feed if you have it. A few lines is plenty.

We read your range
We check which of your products are already in our catalogue, which markets you ship to, and the best way to keep your prices fresh: a feed, your network’s data, or a scheduled read of your storefront.

Every match is checked
Each of your listings is judged one at a time against your own product title before it goes live, on the whole name. No automatic matcher decides that your "Black" is our "Black Metal".

You go live
Your prices appear across the site, dated, and your shop gets its own page. Any discount your link gives our readers is checked in your cart and badged on every offer. We tell you what we added and, honestly, where you rank.
Get your store listed
Listing is free. Every shop link on the site is a commissioned link, so you'll need an affiliate programme we can join, in-house or on a network. Games Workshop's own price is the one exception: it's shown as the price anchor everyone else is measured against. Email us these five things and we'll take it from there:
- 1Your storefront URL and the countries you ship to.
- 2Which paint brands you stock — the more of a painter's list you can fill in one order, the better you do on our basket comparisons.
- 3Your typical discount off RRP, and your delivery cost and free-delivery threshold if you have one.
- 4Your affiliate programme — in-house or a network (Awin, Daisycon and so on), plus the signup link, and whether your link can give our readers a discount.
- 5A product data feed, if you can provide one — a CSV or XML of SKUs, prices and stock. This is the one that matters most.
We'll confirm what we've added and tell you honestly where you rank on the paints we track.
Why a data feed is worth your time
We show the date we checked a price wherever we hold one. Without a feed we can only refresh your prices occasionally, so your listings sit there dated weeks ago while shops that send us a feed show as checked today — and a stale price makes your shop look expensive even when it isn't.
A daily feed fixes that permanently, costs you nothing once it's set up, and is usually something your platform already exports. If you'd rather not build one, letting us read your storefront on a schedule works too — just tell us what's acceptable and we'll stay inside it.

Placement in our price comparisons is not for sale.
Which retailer wins the best-price slot, the order offers appear in, and the prices we display — which are what the reader pays through our link, including any verified discount it applies — are decided by the data alone, never by who pays us. Nobody can buy their way up a ranking, and no sponsorship changes a price shown on the site. If that's the conversation, we'll save you the email.

Before you email
How much does it cost to be listed?
Nothing. Listing is free and stays free. We earn affiliate commission on the links we send, and from clearly labelled sponsored work — never by charging shops to appear.
Do I need an affiliate programme to be listed?
Yes. Every shop link on the site is a commissioned link; that is how the site pays for itself. The one exception is Games Workshop's own price, shown as the price anchor every shop is measured against. Your commission rate doesn't change where you rank: the cheapest price wins the slot.
Which affiliate networks do you work with?
Awin, Daisycon and the eBay Partner Network, as well as shops' own in-house programmes. If yours runs somewhere else, tell us which and send the signup link, and we'll say honestly whether we can join it.
Do I have to send a product feed?
No, but it is the most useful thing you can send. A CSV or XML of SKUs, prices and stock keeps your prices dated today rather than weeks ago. Without one we can read your storefront on a schedule, inside whatever limits you set.
How do you make sure my products are matched correctly?
Every link between your listing and our catalogue is judged one at a time, against your own product title, before it goes live — and the whole name has to match, not just part of it. We do not let an automatic matcher decide, because a wrong match looks perfectly normal on the page.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on the size of your range and whether you send a feed. We'll tell you when you're live, what we added, and where you rank on the products we track.
Can we pay to rank higher, or sponsor content?
You can sponsor content — buyer's guides, brand features, reviews, giveaways and community campaigns — and anything paid is clearly labelled as sponsored. You cannot pay for placement: which shop wins the best-price slot, the order offers appear in and the prices we show are decided by the data alone.
Can we give your readers a discount through our link?
Yes, and it is the clearest way to stand out. A discount your affiliate link applies by itself at checkout, with no code for readers to type or pass around, is badged on every one of your offers. We check it in your own cart before it goes live, and from then on it is the price we show and the price the best-price ranking uses: that is the reader's real checkout price, not bought placement, and it is open to any partner on the same terms. We never print a code. Excel Blades' link discount is live on the site today.
