- •UK standard delivery is £3.95 by Royal Mail 48, arriving in 2-3 days, and free on brush orders over £40.
- •Next-day delivery is £11.50 ordered before 1pm on a weekday; DPD express is £9.50 and FedEx £7.75 ordered before 2pm.
- •Those rates cover the UK mainland. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Skye, Wight and Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are priced individually at checkout.
- •Every international service is quoted at checkout: FedEx Priority to the EU in 1-2 days, FedEx Connect in 3-8, Royal Mail Tracked in 10-14 and DPD Lite in 5-10; to the USA, FedEx Priority in 2 days through to Royal Mail or USPS in 10-14.
- •They run IOSS, so VAT on an EU order under €150 net is collected at their checkout and the parcel clears customs without a doorstep bill. Since 1 July 2026 the EU charges a customs duty per item even below €150, and Romania and Italy add fees of their own.
- •A US order carries a 10% tariff collected at their checkout, in place of the $800 de minimis that ended on 29 August 2025. A Canadian order over CAD 10 may attract customs taxes, duties and a courier fee.
- •Orders are dispatched within two working days; their office is closed at weekends, so an order placed on Friday goes out the following week.
- •They do not ship to Nigeria, Russia, North Korea, Belarus or Ukraine at all.

The partner code we hold with them is attribution only - it credits this site and takes nothing off your price, which is exactly why you will not find it printed anywhere here. Their loyalty scheme is the real saving, and anyone with an account can use it.
- •smART points: their own page says you earn four points for every unit of currency you spend and calls it four per cent of your order back in brushes, redeemed at checkout on a later order.
- •You get a joining bonus for creating an account and another on your birthday, and points can be gifted to another customer.
- •Free UK delivery on brush orders over their published threshold, shown beside their name on this page.
- •Two shipping limits, both stated on their own delivery page: they cannot send sable brushes to the USA, and bulky items such as brush cases and paint sets ship to a named list of countries only.
