1. We Do Not Sell Products

Paint Picker (paintpicker.co.uk) is a free reference and comparison tool for miniature painters. We do not sell, stock, ship, or fulfil any paints, hobby supplies, or other products. Every purchase you make is a transaction directly between you and a third-party supplier, retailer, or marketplace.

Because we are not a party to any sale, Paint Picker cannot issue refunds, accept returns, or process exchanges for any product. There is nothing for us to refund because you never buy anything from us.

2. Affiliate Links to Third-Party Suppliers

Many links on Paint Picker are affiliate links to third-party suppliers, including (but not limited to) Amazon, eBay, and Wayland Games. When you click one of these links and complete a purchase, the sale, payment, delivery, and any after-sales service are handled entirely by that supplier under their own terms and conditions.

3. Returns Are Handled by the Supplier

Any request to return an item, cancel an order, obtain a refund, report a damaged or incorrect item, or resolve a delivery issue must be made directly to the supplier you purchased from. Prices, availability, and product details shown on Paint Picker are provided for convenience and may be out of date or inaccurate. Always confirm the current price and details on the supplier's own website before completing a purchase.

While we cannot process returns or refunds, we want the tools and information on Paint Picker to be as accurate as possible. If you believe a link is broken, a price is badly out of date, or a listing points to the wrong product, please let us know via our Contact page so we can correct it.
