Works out at £2.07 per paint.
Sixteen Game Color paints pitched one step past the basics: fantasy staples like Gory Red, Hexed Lichen, Royal Purple, Magic Blue, Jade Green, Dead Flesh and Plague Brown, finished off with Glorious Gold, Hammered Copper and Tinny Tin metallics.
Game Color is Vallejo's fantasy and wargames line - matte, tough once dry thanks to the resin in the formula, and colour-matched to the sort of palettes fantasy armies actually use.
£2.40 per bottle with the current 20% discount.
Best for: rounding out a Game Color collection with the odd, useful colours a starter set skips.
