Not every Oathmark purchase belongs to one race. War machines and other pieces that any kingdom can field sit here rather than under dwarfs, elves or any of the others, which is useful given how freely Oathmark armies mix races in the first place. They're worth painting to match whichever race dominates the rest of your force, or as a neutral scheme of their own if the army genuinely blends more than one kingdom.
