Warbands for all three games, priced
Frostgrave, Stargrave & Ghost Archipelago
Frostgrave, Ghost Archipelago and Stargrave are three 28mm skirmish games by the same designer, Joseph A. McCullough, published by Osprey Games — a wizard and a handful of hired soldiers searching a ruin, an island or a derelict ship for treasure, ten figures a side rather than an army. Below is every kit we can price for all three, filed by game.

What are Frostgrave, Ghost Archipelago and Stargrave?
Three 28mm skirmish games by the same designer, published by Osprey Games. In Frostgrave a wizard, an apprentice and eight or so hired soldiers search a frozen, ruined city for treasure; Ghost Archipelago moves the idea to a chain of haunted islands, and Stargrave into space. Each warband carries its injuries and experience from one game to the next, so they suit players who want a campaign more than a one-off battle.
The scale is the appeal, not just the models. A warband is ten figures, often drawn from a single box of multi-part plastic soldiers plus a metal character or two — a complete force for about what one unit costs in a big battle game.
What we list, and from where
The kits here are the official ranges for all three games, and the price on each card is what a shop we compare was charging when we last checked it; when more than one shop stocks the range, its prices join these.
Because the games only ask for a handful of figures, the rules are loose about whose models you use — most players mix these kits with anything else that fits the look.
Prices were last checked 25 Sep and can change — the retailer's own page always has the final say. Affiliate links — how we make money.
