The Mediterranean counterpart to Vallejo's ETO set: Dark Olive Drab 41 and Neutral Gray again, but joined by the desert tones - Middle Stone, Desert Sand, US Field Drab - and UK Azure Blue for aircraft flying alongside the RAF's Desert Air Force.
That overlap with British colours is period-accurate: plenty of USAAF machines in North Africa wore RAF-pattern desert camouflage.
Best for: Twelfth Air Force aircraft over North Africa, Sicily and Italy.
