Seven Warpaints Fanatic colours picked for one job: alien swarms with purple carapace and raw pink flesh. Like every Combat Se7ens box it assumes you already own black and white and supplies everything in between.
It's the odd one out in the series - no metallics at all. Cultist Purple and Terrestial Titan build the carapace, Basilisk Red, Ruby Skin and Pearl Skin layer up the flesh, and dedicated Magenta Tone and Purple Tone washes shade both without muddying the saturation.
That focus makes it narrower than its siblings, but if the scheme fits, £2.48 a pot is good going.
Best for: Tyranid-style swarms where dozens of identical creatures need batch painting fast.
