Skaven

5 boxes · 33 kits we track

A vast underground civilisation of scheming ratmen, fielding endless bodies and machines that are as dangerous to their crews as the enemy.

Skaven do everything by numbers and treachery. Clanrat blocks, plague monks, weapon teams firing warpstone-powered guns that occasionally explode, rat ogres, and doomwheels that go wherever momentum takes them. There is no unit in the army that will not betray another for advancement. The collection is a horde in the truest sense - you will paint a lot of rats, so a fast, dirty scheme is the sensible plan and grime genuinely suits them. The war machines are where the character lives, and they are among the most fun kits in Age of Sigmar to paint. Green warpstone glow ties the whole force together.

On the table: A huge, cheap horde with unpredictable heavy weapons - it wins on numbers and volume of fire, not quality.
